To Register your dog(s) for Boarding or Daycare, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Fill out and submit the following pages, as soon as possible:
New Customer Information Form
Pet Information Form – one for each pet
Pet Feeding Form
Pet Medication Form – one for each pet if pet requires medication.
Step 2. Contact your vet and have them email us with your pet’s vaccination records. Our email is fun@astayinthecountry.com.
Your pet’s happiness and safety are very important to us.
- We require proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, CIV and DHPPC vaccinations as well as a negative annual fecal exam.
- We require an evaluation day for new daycare and boarding guests.
Step 3. If you have not, please call us to schedule your pet’s evaluation and stay with us.
